Tom was a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicle we was intrested in, unlike most car dealer ships. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy. We was able to test drive the car on a sunday & without anyone hovering about or pushing us into a sale, picked the car up two days later! Purchased a vehicle recently from here class service from start to finish. Kieron was superb efficient when any questions were asked and more than helpful when needed. Will be back in the future for the next car i buy.
Went to look at a car on Sunday. Kieran the salesman was fantastic, talked us through everything. We decided to buy it. Everything went smoothly. Went to collect the car on Tuesday after work but got caught in a traffic jam, he offered to stay on, till we got there, but wasn't necessary. Excellent service. Would recommend. Ask for Kieran.
The best experience buying my first car !! Kieron couldn’t be more helpful!! Lovely guy would 100% recommend ! The follow up customer service I found to be brilliant. Very good experience purchasing our daughters first car at OMC. Jon was a pleasure to deal and very helpful throughout the process. The price of the car was also good, glad we decided to make the trip from the North East.
Great customer experience here at OMC Accrington. Dealing with Kieron over the phone and in person was pleasant and straightforward. Travelled from Devon as OMC had a specific vehicle I wanted. Kieron took this into account, and reassuringly, I purchased the vehicle remotely, with the help of personal videos of the vehicle and extra photographs. Furthermore, was very accommodating in allowing us to collect the vehicle on a specific day. Overall, quick, easy and stressless experience.
My salesman Kieron was as helpful as can be and provided as much information as I asked. The car is in wonderful condition and the overall transaction of my previous car and current car was quick and simple. Would recommend and would definitely go back.
Called in looking for a car capable of towing, Kieron was very helpful and let us take a car for a test drive with no pressure then did us a good deal on the car which we picked up 4 days later. We would highly recommend Kieron and the team.
