I sent my steam generator through Philips company for repairs as it was under warranty. It was sent in July 2024. I was informed it will be repaired within 10 days. Since July I have been waiting for my product. i am still waiting. it has reached September 2024. I have made numerous amount of calls as well as emails. Regardless i have been only given replies of; it has been delivered without any evidence but I have not received anything whatsoever & the day they are claiming that it has been delivered no one was home to receive the parcel. I have not been given any tracking no to track my parcel. Now please can someone help track my parcel & deliver to the correct address.
Sent in my faulty device. Showed up on tracking a few days later. Repair opened, then closed within the space of 1min?... I half expected to receive my device back unfixed, it happened with another repair company due to a mixup! How wrong that was! When it arrived it was a complete replacement! They colour matched and even sent an enhanced model. Such a suprise! There's no messing around with these guys they deliver, above expectations!
Sent a watch here to be repaired through amazon. Worst customer experience of my life. I saw the other reviews and thought I'd be alright... I was not alright. 2 months of back and forth, constantly being told they'd contact me and then going silent. Sending me the complete wrong watch back. I do feel for some of the people working here as its obviously not their fault but something is fundamentally wrong with this whole repair process.
Called this outfit to return a faulty toothbrush - Oral B provide the number on their site. Spoke to a rude woman who told me to fill in a relevant form on Oral B’s site. When I explained that Oral B’s site recommended calling her number she said “I’ll say it again”. No wonder this company has such a low review rating. Vile.
Exceptionally quick turnaround service for repair of a Philips product. Dropped it off at the Post Office mid-day Thursday. It was dispatched back to me on Monday and delivered Tuesday morning by Parcel Force. Thank you for being so prompt and efficient.
I sent these guys my Philips coffee machine a couple of weeks ago for repairs. I won't go into details, but I was initially worried because of the negative comments I've read here. However, I'll give you my honest opinion. I'm delighted with their service. My coffee machine works very well after the repair, and the delivery was extremely fast considering the distance. I would definitely recommend them. They always answered my phone calls and were very nice and polite in answering any questions I had about the repair and the return of my coffee machine. Well done, guys!
Amazon got me to send a 30 day old Xbox controller here after it developed a fault. I sent controller in original box and photographed serial number etc. Just received controller back with no box saying ‘Repaired’ but serial number is different so IT’S A DIFFERENT CONTROLLER! Unbelievable!
Had an issue with my Philips steam iron, what an excellent service pickup and delivery all included in the fixed price . The iron was picked up , fixed and returned all within 5 days.
If Amazon send your items here for repair don’t allow it. I returned my limited edition switch for repair. It’s come back, not repaired, all data wiped including game play and without the original box!
Excellent service. My Braun Oral B toothbrush with a battery issue under warranty was replaced with a newer model; attention to detail: they even sent me the same colour I had before. Impressed by the speed: Monday was received Thursday was back.
