Absolutely useless service and  very bad customer support

Worst service I've had from a repair centre, sent the item twice and they snet it back with "No action taken. No fault found" ????

My Philips vacumn was sent to these guys. They repaired and dispatched same day by 24 express and I got it back on a Saturday morning. Couldn't be happier with the swift service. Thanks guys!

Great experience with this company. We sent a Philips steam iron to be repaired, they fixed the issue quickly it was better than new when returned, and they were kind of enough to fix it under warranty even though it had just lapsed. Communication was good, the iron was packaged securely, would definitely recommend and use again.
