Appreciate Correct Service team for my Roksan amplifier repairing. Good communication and promptly fixing the issue. I'd like to deal with the Correct Service again. Thank you. My suggestion is beware using a high torque electric screw driver, that damaged some screws a bit.
This company was commissioned by Costco to repair a television unit we bought from them still within warranty; and it has been and continues to be an awful experience bar the engineer who's visited our home twice, who's patient, kind, and very professional. His colleagues however, have made too many small mistakes impacting my work I partly working in the gaming industry. First, it took them half a month to come out from Nottingham to Yorkshire. When they finally were able to send someone out, the aforementioned engineer realised his colleagues ordered the wrong motherboard to install and had to take the unit to their warehouse without warning, thus further impacting my work. A week later I had to chase them up and apparently it's been ready to come back. This is now three weeks not able to do all my work. When it finally came back the poor engineer realised his colleagues left part of the unit's legs at the warehouse when packing it up. They had to first class post the part for next day delivery... only for it to turn up without the screws to attach it to the unit. I'm tired of contacting them so now Costco is taking responsibility for communicating with them regarding my case. When it was removed from the box by the engineer on his second visit I noticed the mains power cable tightly wrapped into a knotted ball, completely ignoring the original cable tie still attached to it as well as the built in safety socket in the back of the telly. I expected more attention to detail by regular electronics engineers who do this professionally. Even only working part time in the gaming industry I know how to properly wrap a cable for safety and longevity. Costco home office is well aware of these small things that could've been prevented. I hope they're aren't small bits forgotten inside the actual television. Will edit with updates.
The TV they brought to replace my current faulty TV was also faulty. They were supposed to return today with another TV but instead they messed up the order/paperwork and didn’t even bring a TV with them even though I was told over the phone a few days earlier that my new TV had arrived with them! I now have to wait even longer for another visit and take another morning off from work 3 in total now. Not acceptable and will be contacting Sony directly to advise them not to use this company anymore.
Very good bunch of people, i had my pioneer cassette deck fixed service and Alan was very helpful and communicated with repair and rest of staff sere good and understanding, most of all the repair was resonable price wise, and backed by twelve months cover will use again.

It was the reviews that gave me the confidence in these guys, and I am so glad I had my 50 inch Samsung TV repaired here. A power surge killed the TV which was only 2 years old. I explained the problem over the phone and was given a best and worst case quote immediately, so I swiftly took the TV to them. It only took a week to order and replace the main board, which I must add was replaced with a genuine Samsung OEM part, not a refurb or a third party board. My TV is now in fully working order, and in the exact same condition as when it went in. Not a scratch, not a mark anywhere. Today I had my 55 inch SAMSUNG TV screen repaired by Steve and Andy and their service was impeccable. I could not recommend anyone else for their fast and efficient professional service. Also added note the Lady who's name I did not catch on reception was brilliant also. Thanks for your help today much appreciated .
Samsung curve 55 Developed reflector issues Took TV into Correct Service Ltd. One problem lead to another however can't fault the guys and they took it all on board and sorted it out . TV is as good as new now and what I considered a reasonable price. Thank you for professional service and explanations.
Contacted Correct Service on Monday took in my television and within 3 days my TV was repaired very happy also staff were very good and polite would recommend
Correct Services were recommended to me by Richer Sounds after I contacted them regarding an issue with a vintage amplifier. Right off the bat there is a £30 charge for them to even take a look, but for most companies this is industry standard. I was quoted anything from £30 up to £100 for the repair, with a 9-11 day turnaround. I had the amp back after 48 hours with the fault diagnosed and fixed with a total bill of £50. Cannot fault them. Reception were very helpful and thorough in booking the amp in and Alan the engineer who carried out the repair really knew his stuff. Would recommend and very happy to use again.
