Delicious traditional fish and chips. Good seating space and huge portions of chips and sauces. Our Russian friend was thrilled to eat here!

Friendly staff, fast service. The quality can vary a bit though, some days the chips are 5 star and other days they're refried and 1 star. Take a look at the chips before you order so you don't end up with the 1 star chips.

09/09/17 OMG!! SO TASTY!! The owner was so nice and friendly. This small shop consisted of maybe 8 tables. We felt that we had to try fish and chips while in London. It was so thrilling so see them make this right in front of you. It took awhile to learn that take away meant take out. No one knew what take out meant. We placed our order of four fish and chips. The owner took whole fish with the tail and head chopped off. It was fun to watch them dip the fish in batter and place in the fryer. Chips are not fries. Chips are thick cut potato wedges that are slightly fried and then salted (more of a steak fry). The owner took out the fish added vinegar to the fish and placed it on several piece of butcher paper. Yes it's fried food and the paper got very oily. All this for about $4.00 per person! He placed our fish, chips and tartar sauce in a bag. Service was quick and fast with delicious results. We took our meal back to our hostel as one of our party was not feeling well and was waiting for food. The fish was super yummy! The fish was fresh and tasty! The chips were thick and less cooked than American fries which means they soak up less oil. This was such a tasty meal and really hit the spot. I would definitely go back and have this anytime. Too bad we live in the USA

Our local office chippie. Enormous portions and all freshly fried. Very good and the brisk service keeps customers flowing through without too much waiting. Look out for the fastest wrapped chips you've ever seen.
