Truly disappointed . I used to go to oliva pizza every week for a cheat meal. However I will not eat here again. I walked in to the shop and ordered a pizza the man who was on his phone, handled money then went straight to handling my pizza , touching the dough . I said to him excuse me can I please see a manager. he looked blankly at me . I said to him you did not wash your hands or wear disposable gloves. He said he will make me another one , but I declined and I received my money. On the way out I saw him put the pizza dough back into the fridge for another customer . Stay away. please for your own safety.
I ordered 3 pizzas from this place at 4:30 am after a night out through Deliveroo. They said the pizza was delivered and it never was - and the restaurant didn’t pick up. I was on chat with customer service given the restaurant didn’t reply for 2hrs - and nothing was ever delivered or resolved. Now, nor Deliveroo nor the restaurant want to refund me and refuse to acknowledge responsibility despite me having proof of the chat conversations asking for help. The most unreliable and deceitful experience i have had so far in my 10 yrs in London.
Best Pizzas in town...Absolutely fantastic....had ordered pad thai veg and chicken, veg spring rolls..as well as a Olivia Meaty pizza... everything was very tasty and was delivered before time.. cheers...
Ordered on a Saturday Evening, the food was still hot after a 40 minute delivery, the dishes were yummy and flavoursome. Black bean sauce vegetables, Salt and Pepper Squid, along with Duck Fried Rice, and Sweet and Sour Prawns, the pricing is also good compared to other takeaways especially for the area. The driver was very courteous as well, really polite. Will be ordering again. Dont go on other reviews..try it yourself..thanks..Cheers...
Soggy cold and falling apart. When I opened the box the toppings were everywhere except on the pizza. All the cheese was sat in the middle of the box like a gooey mess. Used to be a half decent pizza place. Now the prices have gone up and the quality down.
Simply awful, these guys don't know how to make pizzas anymore! Bought a simple pepperoni with jalapenos and it was over loaded with cheese, over chewy and just inedible. They used to make really good pizzas back in the day. Not gonna bother with them now!
Sorry guys, failed our Deliveroo order terribly. Also claimed that a refund was not possible and we had to deal with Deliveroo. Listed as Chinese food on the app, this is not Chinese food I’m afraid. Even the rice was inedible. It’s such a shame, we really want to try and support restaurants during this lock in, but this restaurant really need to up their game. Luckily Deliveroo refunded and will investigate why this pizza place is dishing out very poor Chinese food. Also, I noticed many 1 review only 5star reviews on here using “...” throughout their glowing reviews, focus on your food instead of filling google maps with fake reviews.
Man I love the pizzas, the Chinese food and everything I’ve ever had from there. The pizzas are special with a nice mix of quantity making them solid but not too deep and always come out the same way. Great delivery and they are accommodating with food options/changes to suit my tastes.
Amazing pizza, my family and I love ordering from here. The staff are always polite to us. Will definitely be ordering more often.
A little bit expensive for the size of the dishes that they sell. I always order a few things just for one and never is less than 25-30£ starters and dessert. But in the same oney, always in time, always arrive home suprr hot, and never miss items in your order london is so crazy in this issue sometimes. So I recommend it.
