Went here before and enjoyed it but this time was a bit of a let down the food seems to have changed it was not as nice at all. Garlic mushrooms seemed to have changed and were not anything special. White bait had also changed as was not very good either. My partner ordered fish and chips that had to be made sure it was nut free as they have a nut allergy and then the food was brought the waiter looked unsure which one was the nut free one and just gave my partner a random one 2 other people at my table had ordered the same food. My partner also said the fish tasted weird, possibly gone off, and did not end up eating much of it. Only thing I would say is the deserts were nice, apart from that the food was not great. Also the 10% service charge that is automatically added should not be just put on without asking, as personally the I feel the service was nothing special at all so I did have to ask for it to be removed. Overall it was okay but not the best experience, probably won't return here. Oh and when I went here before, one of my friends meals was forgotten, we were offered free drinks to make up for it but it still shouldn't have happened.
We came here for my birthday, and I was really disappointed. The food is good, but the bottomless brunch is really not worth the price £35. There were four of us, and we all felt as though we were being deliberately ignored. It was really difficult to get the waiters' attention to order food and drinks. You have 90 minutes, but don't expect to be able to order more than three drinks or plates unless you are constantly trying to get the waiters' attention. I can't believe we drove more than an hour for this experience.
We celebrated my mums 80th here today. What a fabulous afternoon we had. Laura looked after us personally and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered a buffet for 30 people. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. I would highly recommend.
Food was stunning, great value for money. Staff are really attentive and friendly. We had a sharing mixed grill, highly recommend!
