The place is a bit cold and the strong smell of bbq sticks to you and your clothes, after you need a shower. We found the food good, we ordered the dishes in the pics and a couple of starters. The service is quite fast. When you pay they ask you if you can pay cash or with bank transfer, it is a bit weird.
Amazing food! We went two days in a row! I thought there could have been a bit more sauce options with the Korean barbecue but everything else was great!
Been there yesterday and i just have to say that was absolutely wonderful ! Amazing the food it's just as you wish. Texture, taste and color. Staff great !! And if you like spicy and seafood, than dont waste the opportunity to get in !
Oh how long it has been, Hilan. Food has quality, quantity, and value. - Charcoal grilled pork belly in Sichuan spices - Cod in chilli and garlic with sprouts and black fungus - Sichuan sautéed beans with pork and garlic - Plate of 20 pork and cabbage dumplings - Egg yolk fried prawns and sweetcorn - Old-style Dongbei sweet and sour pork Only downside was service - waiting staff weren't very observant. Our table and many others needed to practically wave and grab passing waiting staff to get their attention to order, ask about food we were waiting on, etc. If it wasn't for the food, I'd rate lower because of poor service.
It was a cute little restaurant, definitely more on the authentic side of an asian restaurant which you can’t say that about a lot of them here in Dublin. So in that sense it has the hallmark asian service so if that isn’t your thing then I’d recommend elsewhere. The food was good and the prices very fair but I wouldn’t say it was anything amazing. Perhaps we ordered the wrong thing and we should have gone for hotpot or barbecue instead but overall it was pretty good.
It was good. It was your average Korean restaurant but it was the first I've seen since arriving in Dublin last week. I will come again but it has great comfort food. HOWEVER, there was jajangmyung ?. Food: 4/5
A genuinely Chinese cuisine with a mix of Korean BBQ as well.. Nice big portions, well cooked, cosy restaurant and not a tourist place, perfect if you are looking for a proper Chinese food experience
Not real offer! After 5 pm you will pay 2€ more/each menu. Noodles and rice don't have almost anything. It's just white fried rice/noodles with a pair of small pieces of chicken.and a pair of vegetables. Here you have the pictures to compare. It's better to pay a little bit more in another restaurant than eating here.
Nice Restaurant! The outdoor sitting was good. We got attracted to the hot pot in the center table in the afternoon and booked for a meal at dinner time. We then came back for our dinner, we found it to be regular Chinese food, the aromatic fish was amazing, the chicken was disappointing. The staff were pretty helpful, and they even cooked a vegan Korean bibampap which was interesting.
First time trying a hotpot in Ireland after 5 years living in Shanghai / Hong Kong, skeptical was an understatement, but these guys delivered. Amazing hot pot, and great sides for it. The spicy soup is probably mild-hot in Irish terms - I would recommend the half and half option for new people to Hot Pot. Also tried the Korean Rice Cakes and it tasted like it was straight out of Seoul. Good price too. For reference, if you choose the hot pot and self selected sides, you need to hit a minimum of 30 euro this is pretty easy, at least 4 sides is what I recommend, the beef/pork, and some vegetables. Staff and management are also really helpful and attentive. Final note, they have a preference for cash / Revolut not sure if they’ll outright refuse card, but when I offered my card they asked for cash / Revolut instead and I didn’t mind. Enjoy this little gem. It can be a bit cold in here relatively, but with the price of electricity and gas, plus the good value prices for this food, it’s appropriate!
