Excellent service from Duncan at Old School Plumbing - very reliable, arrived on time, all jobs completed as requested, nothing was too much trouble. Left everywhere clean and tidy on completion. Would recommend his services - will definitely be using him again.
Needed an emergency plumber. The work was completed incredibly quickly within 2 hours and a courtesy return visit was organised to check up on the work and plasterboard - a very nice touch. The whole area was left tidy, and work was done to a high standard. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others, and would certainly use again myself.
We were delighted with our refurbished bathroom and with the service we received from Duncan at Old School Plumbing. He gave us excellent advice regarding choice of products and the job was completed on time and within budget. We would have no hesitation in recommending his company.
From the outset,the Old School Plumbers were the most professional and affable setup I've ever encountered. From the first visit to the last, they went to extremes in ensuring that professionalism, tidiness, timings, pricing, and sourcing, were executed to the highest of standards. They even found humour in our Springer occasionally disappearing with their belongings! Brilliant guys...highly recommended... couldn't be better!

After having Old School Plumbing install and commission a new boiler for me just over a year ago a fantastic Baxi that is such an improvement, I asked them to redo my complete bathroom. Fitting everything from shower, toilet, tiles sink to painting the walls. They did hit a few problems the house is just over 200 years old and I think the last time it was looked at was 1984 judging from the old newspaper we found behind the wall, so they remade one wall and the complete floor which had partly rotted away. We also had some issues with incredibly old and suspect pipework I think this had been fitted from some old pipe laying around on a farm - I did say the house was old, but they sorted all that out too. I think what stood out the most was the care they took to do a perfect job. What more can you ask for. These are my go to guys.
Terrible experience with this bunch of amateurs. My toilet was blocked and asked these guys to fix it as an emergency as my elderly mum is at home suffering from a ternimnal illness and requires toilet access at all times. After 3 hours the plumber said he needed to go and get some extra parts and went off in his van. The plumber rang me half an hour later and told me that he could not get the parts and had had to order them and he would come back in 3 days time when the parts had come in. At this point I went up to the bathrooom as my mother needed to use the toilet. This is a photo of what I found in my bathroom, just as the plumber had left it, a total mess. This is disgusting and is worse than the mess it was in before he got there. I rang up the plumber and told him not to come back and I got another plumber round who fixed my blocked toilet within an hour. Not recommended. Awful experience with this plumber.
Excellent and fast service. Duncan came out on a Friday when I had an emergency and then came back twice to resolve the problem with my shower. Great price and very good service. Would definitely recommend.
Duncan is really helpful in sorting out problems at the village hall.
