I've been using Old Park dental surgery in Hitchin for a number of years now and as someone who really doesn't like the dentist I can attest to their care and attention to their patients. I had my first tooth extraction 2 days ago and had been feeling extremely nervous, especially as it was being done with a local in order to have it done faster. Dr Singh was great, it was my first time seeing him as I normally see his partner who is also fantastic. Was patient, answered all my nervous questions and the process was done swiftly and pain free. Can't thank them all enough.

Me and my family have been coming to this practice for years and have been very happy with the services.  My youngest is nervous around hospitals and clinics but the dentist and her nurse are absolute gems, they were so understanding and patient! Thankfully no more tears when coming for our check ups! The whole staff have been great given the current coronavirus situation, a real team effort!

Brilliant dentist practice.  They are especially good with children and nervous patients! The dentist was so kind and patient with my children. The hygienist was gentle and settled any nerves for us adults. I would thoroughly recommend to friends and family!

I have been a patient here for many years and have always received excellent service from all the staff who are friendly, reassuring and very professional. All my family use the surgery and even the kids are happy to visit the dentist. would strongly recommend the surgery to anyone especially those like myself who are nervous customers as I have always been treated calmly and with kindness and understanding.

I have been a patient of Old Park Dental Surgery  for many years and during the lockdown I had a problem with my tooth which it was monitored closely by Mr Chal and last week eventually we treated it for about 1 hour .He is the most caring and excellent dentist ,with a gentle professional maner.It is a really tough time for all of us but he put me at ease and I felt completely at peace with his care and I would highly recommend him to anyone. To anybody who has ever had a bad experience - move to this practise and become a patient of the guy who works on Mondays but whose name I can’t mention here due to GDPR and protocol. What a lovely, lovely man.! He and I first met a couple of years ago and then we lost touch as things changed - but then I found him again! Believe me when I say that this man is simply the best. I was delighted to meet up with him again - like finding an old friend. The journey of 90 minutes each way should tell you how good this man is - we travelled the distance knowing he would look after me. He did not disappoint. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Give the practise a call today!

I have been a patient at Old Park Dental Surgery for many years and would never go anywhere else! Everyone is always so friendly and professional. They are doing a great job dealing with the Covid situation too.

I recently came to this practice as a new patient and was given an appointment with Dr Chal,I am an extremely nervous patient and Dr Chal immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable,he took the time to explain in detail the treatment that I needed,it was an amazing experience. The whole experience from walking in to the practice ,to the kind ,and very professional care that I was given in the surgery was so reassuring for me .Thank you so much Dr Chal and team

We have attended here for a number of years and we continue to be pleased with out dental care. Everyone remains friendly and helpful during such difficult times. Looking forward to seeing the results of the refurbishments.

I can’t recommend this practice enough. I have seen the female dentist a few times now and had some major work done and she is excellent. Top notch
