I chipped a tooth over Christmas, rang up got an appointment within 2 hours and the chip was filled and all sorted. Great customer service from the reception to the dentist and I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. Over the years the service and treatment has been first class and in an emergency even better. Well done to all at Cranfield Dental Care.
I'm new to this practice & needed a check-up. My dentist, Punam, & the nurse, Jodi, were so kind & friendly. I was explained everything & I felt very comfortable. The environment & staff are welcoming. If you the dentist gives you anxiety, this is a great practice to come to! The only difficulty I had is finding where they are as google maps takes you to the wrong place - it's down the road to the right of Bell Chemist & directly opposite Chicken George Jr there's a sign on the wall which is you're walking from the town centre.
Had absolutely amazing treatment at Cranfield dental clinic. They diagnosed my problem, sent me to a wonderful specialist, falguni in house and she sorted me right out. She was communicative throughout and made my experience seamless. Thank you so much.
Aleksandra was fantastic! She was incredibly thorough and gentle and her friendly manner made me feel completely at ease in my appointment. Excellent dentist. I have a bit of a fobia for visiting the dentist but Punam is a quality dentist and has restored my faith.
My hygienist appt today was a very positive experience . Aleksandra was very friendly and professional explaining each step along the way . She introduced me to a more effective toothbrush which will hopefully help me obtain a better result.
My Invisalign treatment experience at the Cranfield Dental Care Clinic in Hitchin has been nothing less than positive. The complete process, from scheduling, to getting reminder telephone calls for upcoming appointments, to being greeted at the reception by the ever-smiling receptionists, and of course timekeeping all contributed to an overall calming dental journey. Dr Ashiv Mehta, under whom I had my teeth straightening treatment took my experience a step further. He is a courteous, soft-spoken and highly knowledgeable individual who likes to be meticulous and precise, which I believe ensured the results of my treatment to be perfectly straight teeth. At every step of the treatment Dr Ashiv took the time and effort to clearly explain the process, answer my queries and concerns and where possible visually demonstrate the intended weekly progress – all using relevant software technology and equipment. After every appointment, Dr Ashiv also ensured he kept in touch either via a short call or a message to enquire how I was feeling and if there was any pain, discomfort or concerns. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Dr Ashiv Mehta at the Cranfield Dental Care Clinic.
BEST DENTAL PRACTICE IVE EVER BEEN TO! Cranfield Dental Care is just incredible. My husband and I were offered back to back appointments, which was super helpful. Every single member of staff is so friendly and helpful, really going out of their way to help in any way they can. I hadn’t been to go to the dentist in about 6 years due to the national shortage of NHS dentists but was fortunate enough to get accepted here as an NHS patient. My first appointment was incredibly thorough and the dentist was so attentive and supportive. Going into my appointment i was so nervous and embarrassed about that state of my teeth but the staff really know how to put you at ease. There’s no judgement and no condescending, everyone really seems to care - something that can be a rare find! For the first time ever, im actually looking forward to going to the dentist! Best dentist around! I believe the dentist i saw was Punam and she is so lovely and professional really going above and beyond! Cannot praise the staff here enough - incredible service!
Very nice, thorough and considerate Dentist and Hygienist, offer a very good service and take the time to speak to you. It feels more personal than others I’ve been to, recommended.
