Kids really enjoyed it. By far the best part was how brilliant the 2 young female staff (pictured) were with my son and I in the tortoise area. They got Tom out and let my son (who is obsessed with Tortoises) pet him for over 40 minutes. They were chatty and we shared Tortoise stories. My son will never forget this experience which wouldn't have been so memorable were it not for the 2 staff. I am absolutely thrilled with this experience and the 2 staff members made our day. I cannot compliment these 2 enough for how friendly and helpful they were. Five stars purely for them and how happy they made my son. They deserve some recognition hence my posting pictures as I didn't get their names. THANK YOU!

Had a good family day out here. We went midweek outside 9f school holidays and despite the lovely weather the park was fairly empty. Quite a bit to do for the children although some of it is starting to look a little tired and need a bit of investment. Some staff were really friendly others not so much though. Would probably go back although it's not cheap to get in.

A great day out. Staff are lovely. Soft play area has improved .Clean and Perfect for smaller children. Easy to run around for hours and the rides are super fun. Lots of animals to see and some to pet. Best to take a picnic as the cafe isn't great, very old fashioned and drab.Shame the trampoline area has gone, maybe its being refurbished. Easter activities include an egg hunt with choc prizes for all, a photo with Easter bunny, magic show and Punch & Judy - fantastic fun. Would definitely recommend.

Great day out for young kids despite the Great British weather! Could spend the whole day and get your money's worth. Despite the rain still quite a bit to do. Easter activities went ahead as planned. Staff friendly. Food not too overpriced. Gift shop pretty costly but kind of expected to get robbed by my children! A good day out.

Kids loved coming here. Suitable for all ages my 15year old enjoyed just as much as my 5 year old the price while seems a little pricey at first when your inside it is easily value for money the kids want to go again and even I want to go again. friendly helpful and patient staff
