First of all the facilities at this train station are terrible. The platforms have 2 benches which is not adequate. The trains at this stop are always cancelled/delayed and stop here every 30 minutes. Does not facilitate for the disabled as there is no ramp or lift for you to change to platform 1-2 or even enter the station. The inside seating is small, stinks and is mouldy.
Needs a lift for disabled people and bicycles. Why have disabled parking for no reason? I wouldn’t go here try Rowley Regis or Cradley instead they are 100% accessible
Quaint small 2 platform station. My disabled friend was very disappointed there was no lifts or ramp. She had to climb the stairs. Obviously wont be using that one again.nThe thing is there is plenty of land between the car park , which btw has disabled parking but no ramp/lifts figure that one out and the platform to do a ramp or lift.nPositive point was passengers were informed via tannoy of any delays or arrivals. Car park a reasonable size as well which is good.
I have always found staff extremely helpful and friendly station always clean and neat, but I do think there should be a ramp for disabled people
