The taxi drivers are good from my experience with this company, but the woman who answers the phone is always rude as hell. I was on the phone for 5 seconds literally, took a few extra seconds to remember the address I needed to go to (literally a few seconds) she tells me to "hurry up the phones ringing" and at the end of call she hangs up with "ok". If you want people to book with you guys u need to sort that out.
