Absolute rubbish night. Called up before to check they were showing the Man U game we wanted to see the lady said yes of course we are a sports bar, which was unnecessarily rude. Then we arrive and no they aren’t showing it because it isn’t televised. Sort it out if customers ring at least give them the correct information and don’t be rude! Won’t be returning.
Great environment with lots of beer and Gin options. Also great music taste and very clean pub!! Definitely recommend coming here. Also very easy to commute to as next to the station!!
This is my local and I’d never change it. The staff are great with good banter I’ve never had a bad experience here and don’t think I ever will. The beer is affordable and always taste fresh.
Great pub. Lovely selection of drinks and great food. Management and team always make you feel relaxed and welcome! Looking forward to my next visit.
Very quaint little pub with a lot of regulars that go there. Food was average. I do not recommend the nachos. Drinks are reasonably priced. Customer service is very good too.
Really poor experience. Booked a table and told we couldn't sit there with a child. Went to order food on the app and told not to. Staff were all quite rude and abrupt. Very disappointed.
Decent pub next door to Sutton railway station. A good selection of Real Ales and live sport available on big screens.
Lovely pub normally but after 2 pints with friends was asked to leave for the safety of the staff and patrons un provoked I've left my friends inside disgusting behaviour when I asked why they couldn't give a response for a similar atmosphere and simular price I highly recommend the sutton Arms
Was at the England match last night and had great time. A big thank you to Shanon who looked after us all night . She is great. Looking forward to next game. Thanks Shanon
I went in tonight I went up to the bar there was a girl there short with tied back hair , she was washing glasses saw me and carried on , I looked around for someone to come over and serve me . Somebody came over a customer and they briefly chatted and then this person said something to her and at this point she served me but she was very unpleasant and rude , this was tonight 24th February 2023 , if the staff see this and the girl who sees this as well , you know who you are and I and I will tell people to avoid this pub . There’s a sign behind the bar saying a cold beer and a warm welcome , well the beer was cold and so was the service .
