Lovely place! Very good service provided by two waitresses on a Monday evening. Can't believe I live in Eastbourne for nearly 4 years and never been here before. The menu looks good and this is where I tried frog legs for the first time too beautiful atmosphere, you can see pier trough the window. Just have a look at the photos bellow and you'll see everything about this place
Unfortunately, disappointed . People are tired , overloaded, even thought doing their best to cheer up and keep smiling attitude . Management have to give them rest and take care of stuff . Food wasn’t great and I feel sick on the next day , nothing too bad but had to keep close to restroom . And it took around an hour to get the food order ready .. I believe has to do with amount of people coming for dinner and that there is not enough stuff to cover. Think twice before you go there , plenty of places around. Great view if you are lucky to sit outside. Friendly stuff, doing their best no matter what and the view give a 3 star, instead of 1
Superb Belgian influenced beers brewed on the premises. A seafood restaurant that has a couple of vegan or Vegetarian options, thankfully. Only minor gripe it is not obvious from the Beer menu what the ABVs are or indeed that a tasting flight albeit very small volumes in each glass is available.
Food was nice, fish and chips could have done with a side of peas. Mussels were nice. I have given this a 4 as we had been before a number of years ago and it has changed considerably and didn’t think the atmosphere or food was as nice as last time, but was still nice.
This is a great place to get a taste of Belgian-style beers in Eastbourne, five minutes from Eastbourne Pier. A micro pub/independent brewery, the core of available beers is brewed right on the premises. Lovely interior, a small outside seating area to the front, a small but topical menu specialty: mussels of small dishes, tapas and pub classics. Plus the wonderful, extremely welcoming staff. They'll let you have a taste of any beer before ordering; these people are really into their brewery project. I went there during "happy hour" - by accident - every pint for just UKP3. And well worth it. A great place to relax and unwind. Thumbs way, way up!
Loved it! Brought back so many memories of the food Bruges! Had moules mariniere!! Delicious! And the Kasteel ‘cherry beer’ is to die for. Couldn’t recommend enough! Great service and friendly staff.

No love in food over seasoned burger reheated chips, look at the plate of food I took a picture of compare to what they offer. The manager lady looked down at me as soon as I walked through the door, all over staff were nice Wanted more I was hungry
Everything was really tasty and the team was kind and helpful. Full recommended for this place!
Food was great but service needs improving, rather slow and didn't bring out the whole meal as left it in the kitchen so I had to ask for the rest.
