The guys came over one day before move to pack, friendly and nice chaps 3 of them. The following day, 4 guys came to pack and move. All okay, just that by the time they move everything it was 2 to 3 pm and reached the location at 4pm and unload. They couldn’t finish by 7.30 and needed to leave. The whole place was still with the boxes and also the installation of the tv, cabinets was not done. The guys said they are okay to come the following day to fix them but when they called their boss, the boss was not going to do that. We ended up with a half solved removals and with a place that was super messy and we don’t even know if we had all our stuff intact! Nice guys especially the younger chap and the leader don’t get my wrong but poor execution and coupled with a management that was not into service but rather just looking for £ and that’s it. Never again would we book them for anything. No customer service excellence mentality.

Excellent removal company. We had one man to help be move all our stuff from our room to our new flat. He helped us with a great attitude and work ethic. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent move with ois. We had more stuff than we realised! Who doesn't? I have to be honest while only moving a 2 bedroom flat, we had quite a lot. This wasn't a problem at all for Ois removal, they packed and moved us over 3 days. We were hoping it was only going to be 2 days but we were happy to pay a bit extra. They came 1 week later to collect our empty boxes free of charge! We will be recommending ois and using them in the future!

I moved a few months ago and they were ever so helpful with all aspects of my removal. The team were great and moved all out stuff with no qualms
