I am really surprised to see such a low rating for a company with this amazing team, actually so unbelievable so looks like someone want to ruin their good name. Great range of products with varieties of customisation to meet any business needs. Polite and honest customer service, no hidden or surprising extra fees, small and bulk delivery on time. As a freelance Sports commentator I was looking for some goodies to send to potential clients to raise my profile. I contacted East Stuff through the website within an hour I had a response. East Stuff asked me what kind of things I was thinking of sending out, when I needed it and what my budget was. They came up with some recommendations, designed the artwork and sent me their ideas, this was all free of charge. When I decided on the product and quantities Sergio let me know how long it would take to produce and when I could expect to have the goodies delivered. Sergio mentioned that the order would be with me on monday 15th February, it was only going to take 2.5 weeks from when I decided what I wanted and agreed the design. I had a call on Tuesday 8th of Feb to let me know that the order was ready to be delivered and if I was available to receive the delivery on Wednesday 10th of February. I received my order yesterday. Thank you Sergio, and the team at East Stuff, You are amazing.

This company is an absolute scam. order 3 things from this company over 4 months ago and i keep emailing them and asking for my order or a tracking # or a refund and get the same reply over and over saying its on the way please be patient! scam, scam, scam I ordered these on 6/29/2020 and today is 2/18/2021 still nothing but lies, no goods and no refund.
