Had a lovely afternoon tea here The staff were all very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The food was beautiful apart from the cheesecake which I didn't like. The tea talk when you first go in was very informative and it made us try new flavours All in all it was a great experience from beginning to end .
Had a lovely Afternoon Tea here. Food was very tasty, an extensive choice of tea to choose from to drink hot or cold. Great atmosphere with a brilliant view. We booked to ensure we'd get a space.Food: 5/5
The nicest afternoon tea I’ve ever had! The savoury options were just as good as the sweets, and the setting was just as beautiful as the food! The service was lovely and to top it off, unlimited tea and hot chocolate. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.Food: 5/5
We went for afternoon tea and the food was delicious! The tea selection was wonderful, we chose English Breakfast and it was the perfect accompaniment. We enquired about mocktails for one of the party, and the staff were super accommodating and offered to make any alcoholic cocktail into non alcoholic. The service was a little slow, but there were 2 girls on trials and they were excellent So the delay can be forgiven! Only real negative was the toilets - they were all blocked. I was able to use the upstairs accessible toilet, however, so not the end of the world. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend for afternoon tea - we've had a few in Liverpool and this was the best to date! Dietary restrictions: One of the party needed both gluten and dairy free and the team were able to accommodate this. They even made sure it was diary free and not vegan, which is unusual to find.
Came here for an afternoon tea & was really impressed overall, compared to other high end places in Liverpool city this one is priced & has great quality food in it. My only complaint is that everything took too long, we waited 45 minutes for the sandwiches and cakes to be brought out and any hot drink we ordered took at least 15 minutes. The staff serving were fantastic and very helpful, but I do think there needs to be more making the drinks.
Wow - delectable sandwiches and cakes with a lit sparkler . We had the English breakfast tea which was tasty and not too herbal tasting even though it was a special blend The best mini Dane jug was the chicken pesto bacon one We went on a Thursday at lunchtime - it was very quiet but beautifully lit snd had candles Christmas music was playing in late October but it was jazzy and gave atmosphere. Feedback - the disabled loo hand dryer wasn’t working and the bin which was a foot pedal also didn’t work. This may be a problem for disabled customers.
Visiting a family member today at West Africa House and was absolutely shocked and disgusted that Oh me Oh My treat the residents hallway like this. My disabled brother had trouble manoeuvring in this area. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Not only it is an inconvenience to those that live in the building but it IS a FIRE HAZARD! Shame on you!!
Oh Me Oh My! Oh WOW! Lovely afternoon tea. Wonderful staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Their aim is to make sure the diners have a brilliant time, they excel at their jobs. The food is just as good. Thoroughly recommend this place.Recommended dishesAfternoon Tea
Came here for Afternoon Tea before my graduation and it couldn't of been better. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make the occasion special, especially Jason who was very chatty and even gave us access to the rooftop terrace to take pictures and gave us photography tips. Thabk you so much and we will definately be back!
What an absolutely fantastic place this is. My favourite afternoon tea in ages, and our host was wonderful. One of our party is pregnant and they took time to go through the menu and offer alternate options with zero fuss. Lovely. The tea selection was from Leaf assuming they're owned by the same company maybe?, And the cakes were from heaven
