Unfortunately experienced both breakfast & lunches at terminal 2 recently whilst stuck here due to fog offshore.nThe sandwich is the go to option as everything that is allegedly prepared, in either the microwave or oven, leaves a lot to be desired.nEnded walking to tesco for a meal deal as the best solution.
Looks like a great place to fly from to the offshore industry. Amazing to see the helicopters coming in to land, beautiful. Delivered to the stores, friendly quick service.nWould love to experience it!
Happy Friendly staff on entry once bags are searched it's more layed back relax in the lounge while waiting for the dreaded flight to work.Better atmosphere than the other heliports, backlog in flight delays end of December dark haired supervisor woman with attitude belittling personnel waiting for flights she loved an audience it was embarrassing to watch don't ask here any questions as she shouts it out looking for an audience and makes you look like an idiot in front of everyone, laughing at people who'd been there all day waiting for flights them thinking there bumped then there going she was laughing loudly
Please do stop buzzing the Loch of Skene. This is a conservation area. Further training flights will result in legal action. Thank you.
Typical offshore helicopter departure facility.nNot so bad during departure. However, arrivals is an unpleasant experience.nThere isn't even a belt for baggage so you have to collect from the trolley outside which can be mayhem and then struggle to get through a small door with all your bags and enter a room barely big enough to stand in, let alone stack your bags and disrobe from your flight suit.nEven the door release button to get out is inconveniently placed around 4ft from the door.nSuppose I'll get used to it.
