Hands down the worst heliport in Aberdeen. Been offshore for two weeks and every flight has been delayed for one reason or another. Due home today, and again, our flight is delayed. Don't think I've had one flight with this lot in the last 6 months that's actually been on time. Must be incredibly cheap...I honestly can't see any other reason why operators continue to use them.nnEdit: One year on from my previous review - have they improved at all? Absolutely not. If anything, they've got worse.
World's worst helicopter company.nAlways going tech, never on time. Total lack of information.
What an absolute joke this outfit are. All flights cancelled yesterday due to the cold snowy weather. However, Bristow's and CHC managed to carry on flying. Even if and that's a big if the NHV choppers are flying, they're very rarely on time. Any excuse not to get airborne.
Nightmare for parking around there. Double yellow lines on the road for no other reason than to direct to expensive carparks.
Shocking time keeping. Rarely seem to be on time and don't care about informing their passengers the reason for the delays. Even the first flight of the day! Late always.
