This Government Dept is the worst I have ever dealt with and in my opinion extremely corrupt.  All photographic evidence is ignored, damage and neglect to clients property is ignored, yet they state Deputy’s must work in the client’s best interest- they are a complete joke.  Case Managers refuse to respond with contact details of their further complaints procedure.  I had to email 5 times and ring twice before I got any contact details. Deputy’s are allowed to steal and run up erroneous bills and that is fine by them.  OPG are a complete waste of time and do not Safeguard clients at all. Deputy Solicitors refuse to give you their complaints procedure.  Deputy ran up erroneous bills of £43,000 in 3 months and requires another £6,000 for work since my Father died.  OPG are completely biased  and one-sided. OPG even refuse to let you know findings to your complaints. They admit themselves that the type  40 Investigation the carry out is  not even a proper investigation. How corrupt has this Country become!
