Ordered 2 chairs for next day delivery on internet. Order confirmation stated delivery next day which i waited in for especially. In the late afternoon i rang the company who stated that the items were not in stock and that somebody should have rung me (They did not), I was passed back to sales and they said they had nothing similar in stock. I asked when the chairs would be back in stock and was told mid to late may. I asked for a refund which has not yet arrived even though the next day was a working day. It also cost me £4.69p to ring this company for less than 10 minutes, Disgraceful that the company is making money out of customers chasing orders that do not come because of the companies poor performance. Be warned that unless you have to do not use this company.

I had been browsing this site for the perfect computer chair for my needs for 12 months and finally settled on an Ergo Tek Mesh Operator Chair designed for 8 hr use and a big behind like mine. The price is very good for type but more than I originally wished to have paid but I decided to go for the ideal chair than compromise for price alone. It was delivered next day as promised; was easily assembled as promised and so far has been a blessing to my fat arse whilst sitting at the computer. A very good product at time of writing and the service was exemplary.

I would never use this company again ... the desks were appalling in quality and as such broke away on assembly ....they are charging us £383 for collecting the poor quality desk and wouldn’t replace ... terrible customer support and would not recommend. Pictures of desks were sent to prove the poor quality... they were simply not interested

Purchased an office chair on Monday after mine collapsed on me and left me chairless... Promised to be delivered Wednesday. Item did not arrive, emailed in to ask why order was at 'DO NOT SEND' status. No Response. Called up and asked why this was the case. Had been informed that it was because my card was registered at a different address. I knew this was not true because I spent hours changing my bank addresses 8 months ago. Then I asked why I had not been informed, I was told that they have tried to email me a few times, however when asked what email address it did not match the email address I had registered with and that my account states and is not my email address. No one bothered to give me a phone call... why ask for my contact details if you don't want to use them? I was then told the Item is out of stock and will not arrive for two weeks. This really is'nt acceptable.... Why let me order the item. Not a great experience from such a promising website. feel deflated. #All the pictures.... None of the products. #All of the contact details afraid to contact.

The Turin high back chair I ordered arrived the morning after I placed the order on line. Relatively easy to put together and is very comfortable. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is it was delivered before 9am, as requested, and there was no-one available to take delivery so, the courier left the parcel outside my front door.
