BE VERY CAREFUL TO READ TERMS OF BUSINESS - RECEIVED FAULTY FILING CABINET, I WAS NOT IN OFFICE WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED ON 26TH JAN 18 PM. DIDN'T UNPACK TILL 6TH FEB 18 - 7 WORKING DAYS LATER - LOOKED PERFECT - OPENED DRAW AND IT WAS NOT FITTED TO THE RUNNERS. BEEN TOLD AS WE DIDN'T REPORT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY WE ARE NOT ENTITLED TO NO REPLACEMENT ! EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A 5 year manufacturer's guarantee - CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER SAID IT IS A FAULT FROM DELIVERY - I SAID HOW DO YOU KNOW - HE SAID AS WE HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE BEFORE!!! SURLY IF THEY HAVE THEY CAN APPOINT A BETTER DELIVERY FIRM OR HIGHLIGHT THE 3 DAY RULE ON DELIVERY PACKAGING OR INVOICE - NOW LEFT OUT OF POCKET £156.00 WITH A FILING CABINET THATS NOT WORKING!!! THEY HAVE OFFERED TO SELL ME ANOTHER FOR £90.00!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I THINK NOT !!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH. - STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM ORDER FROM LOCAL STATIONERY FIRM BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WILL REPLACE FAULTY GOODS. MIGHT PAY MORE BUT WILL BE WORTH IT IN LONG RUN.

Do NOT buy from this company! Ordered a desk in November 2017. It's mid January now and still waiting for it to be delivered. Also, they deliver once a week at a time that only suits them. Staff are unhelpful and useless. Biggest mistake I ever made!

F.A.O Director I've ordered a Office Chair Direct Tuscany Black Leather Office Chair. The Arms are falling apart the Chair isn't fit for purpose. I was assured by the customer service team they would send me replacement parts out for the weekend (Parma High Back Leather Executive Chair been delivered today a completely different chair. I am really annoyed both on customer service and for the products been sold not been of merchant quality "Not Fit For Purpose" I've been told by your customer service representatives due to us not keeping packaging we had to accept replacement parts then you send the wrong ones out. I'd like a Refund please and both chairs picked up ASAP! Regards Carl Webber.

Have dealt with this company twice now and have always received fantastic service. Prompt delivery and competitive prices. They even found some replacement castors for a discontinued chair for me. Very happy with them and would deal again
