Nice cinema, always clean and staff tend to be very friendly . Manager sorted an issue with tickets that I'd caused myself in a very nice way, didn't make out it was a problem and happy to help. Touch expensive , especially the popcorn and drinks but suppose that's the standard and more of a company thing than an individual cinema. Screens are always clean areas and seating more the comfortable. Would recommend although buy your sweets, drinks etc before you arrive .
We arrived early at the cinema and thought we'd have a quick costa coffee and cake before settling down to watch the film. The service was quite poor. The lady who served us was quite curt borderline rude and on top of this we spent £12.00 for the privilege.
Seating in a very uncomfortable seat, which we were told could recline and they don't! Well ripped off. Will stick to smaller far superior cinemas. Better prices. You've lost our custom but doubt you care. Btw waiting 20 minutes for film to start and watching stupid adverts.
Lots of good films on. The my odeon app is great, £14.99/mo for unlimited viewings rocks. I go nearly every week and it really is worth it. Food is a bit pricey but you get 10% off with limitless which helps. To be honest I don't really eat there
Went to watch Tar. Foyer was absolutely freezing. Not conducive to having a coffee or hanging about. Toilets upstairs were disgusting, obviously never heard of bleach. Online showed cinema nearly full, yet place was nearly empty. Luckily the film was ok, otherwise it would have been a rubbish night out. Shan't be going again thanks.
Appalled by the service drove all the way from sleaford to Lincoln, for workers to tell us that we can’t have any drinks or popcorn for our movie, we were 10 ‘min over time movie was going to start at 9:20 we arrived at 9:30 what is this absolute joke of a service ? Surely you should be accommodating every person that’s bought a ticket that day 0 stars
Website is terrible... tried numerous times to pay for our tickets. Mixture of gift card and meerkat, just meerkat, just giftcard then just card payment. Something went wrong everything, dreadful! Suppose we'll have to just turn up and chance it
It's gone a little crazy since my previous visits, you can no longer get your pre ordered tickets from the machines, the apps changed and doesn't remember your password so when you want a speedy entry you aren't getting one! You then cue and wait for them to check the numbers to get your order ready that you previously ordered via the app, they've changed the Premier seats in at least one of the screens to some sort of uncomfortable form of seating that now has hard arm rests that hurt my arms and squashed me in, so if you're big shouldered you'll be over the next seat. Not the best experience I've had in this cinema.
Called into Costa for a fix. The river is amazing. No cake today as were heading into town.Staff are polite and well manered. Would return.
Haven't been to this cinema for quite a few years as normally go elsewhere. Wanted to see Maverick again on a bigger screen. Was encouraged to use the pre order machine to order sweets and drinks. Only wanted some water. Placed the order and then went to the food area of the cinema. Waited for quite some time and the staff were calling numbers out that were after ours. Our number was displayed as ready and when asked how we collected it, I was told to get the water out of the drinks fridge. Meanwhile people that hadn't ordered and we're paying at the counter, as you used to to do, were served much quicker. Don't understand the logic when the cinema wasn't particularly busy. Cinema looked like it needed a good clean and there were no bins in the auditorium to put your rubbish when the film finished. Great film experience but disappointed with the venue. Tickets also quite expensive.
