Booked sofas in screen one ... was like sitting at home in comfort. Loved it. Toilets clean staff very accommodating and polite. All in all perfect night out will definitely be going again
Easy to find, free carpark, comfortable seats, clean toilets and auditorium. We were a party of 13 having a birthday treat and we all had a great view of the screen. I would have given it 5 stars had the sound not been so loud. I had to stuff some tissue in my ears and that improved the experience.
Having not been here for a few years, I was pleasantly surprised with the new seating. The sofa I had was very comfortable, and the cushion provided was excellent. As I have extremely bad lower back problems, I was pleased how little I shifted about and watched the film without distraction. The cinema itself was very clean and the staff were friendly. Odeon itself is not exactly a cheap night out, never has been, but as I was quite happy with my comfort, it was money well spent
Good experience. I always find those screens a bit on the small side, especially when sitting further back subjective. The new sofas are great, though a bit straight, so not quite as comfy as one would expect, but still nice.
Had a wonderful experience this evening at Odeon Tunbridge Wells - every member of staff I interacted with gave exceptional customer service, which turned a nice trip to see a film into a really satisfying experience. Thank you for your hospitality!
