Good for, always go for the ocean value box which is good value for money! Sausage, fish and chips! So happy days with regard to the food, knocked off 2 stars because every time I visit I dont get a smile from any member of staff, male or female, just "what do you want, £5, here you go" No Hello, please or thank you and no smile, I get sometimes you may be having a rough day but I worked in customer service for 10 years and even if I was having a terrible day I had to crack a smile as its part of the job description. Food is good though!

both women who work there are so rude! not a smile on there face, when i walk in all i get is a ‘what do you want’ not polite at all! no way to speak to a customer! do not recommend going here!

Food is sub par and customer service is so poor that it's more or less a myth at this place. The dumpy little troglodyte that man's the till has got the worst attitude towards customers I have ever seen. I am regularly left to wait for upwards of 10-15mins before my order is even taken, all the while the swamp creature is just standing around talking about her pathetic and depressing love life. I wouldn't even recommend this place to the starving kids of Africa as the hobbit queen will undoubtedly mock and degrade them and bombard them with sarcasm, as it does with all of its customers.
