Alan Staley, owner and Head Chef, and his wife Hayley have a wealth of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, including fine dining, luxury private catering, chic cafes, bars and brasseries.
Having fulfilled dreams of running fine dining kitchens, Alan and Hayley would now like to focus on good, unpretentious, traditional food, using the freshest ingredients, sourced as close to home as possible.
So whether you choose a three-course meal, a sandwich, an ice-cold beer or a bottle of wine to enjoy, a friendly welcome will always greet you at this family run, chic-nautical themed bar and restaurant.
