I was put onto Obsidian Detailing by a friend, i went there for advice and although at the time Matt was very busy and had only just met me he spent about an hour constructively chatting about how my car could be put back to its former glory, i booked in and went round about 2 weeks later lucky as he is always busy my car was looked after for around 2.5 days. when i went back round to pick it up i couldn't believe the difference. Matt's work is second to none, he freely shares his time with anybody that needs it and is very humble. My last car and also my new one once its had a paint job will be being looked after by Obsidian, for me it was word of mouth that made me find this gem and i pass this on to people i meet who ask where i recommend. Keep up the outstanding work A++++++++++++++
Matt is a great guy, Very accommodating and did a great job with my pride and joy! It's a lot to trust a large investment like a new car to somebody, but it's something I'd do happily over and over again with Obsidian. 5* Service all the way! Matt's knowledge, advice & professionalism are second to none. To say I was impressed is an understate. The way Matt took time to understand me as a customer and what I was looking to gain from the detail gave me great confidence in him. We went with the Opti-Coat Pro Plus Ceramic Clear Coat and the end results are stunning; I cannot recommend Obsidian Detailing enough. Best in the business? Absolutely!
What to say about Matt at Obsidian? It's all been said by others before me, but in summary: Friendly Honest Knowledgeable Highly skilled Happy to discuss your requirements as long as he has a coffee in his hand My Audi's paintwork was covered in scratches and swirls, bought from Audi Macclesfield during lockdown, not recommended and after Matt had it for 6 days, it was better than a new car rolling out of the showroom. Top, top bloke.
