I have used this place for over 10 years with mixed experiences. Recently, the customer service seems to have taken a nose dive. From poorly packaged products leaking, delivery boxes with partial address label, missing items, to ignoring email requests to amend orders. Missing and damaged items have always been replaced. I think the biggest let down for me though is the unresponsiveness via email. I am one of the many who has spent thousands with them. I’ll continue to order if the price is right but it has marred my experience. Now I am actively seeking alternatives to clean your car. There is no point me contacting them again and again because I am tired of it. I have spoken up but there is either no response or a we’ll improve. I am not seeing any improvements though.

"I was impressed with the speed of the initial delivery of my order. However, a few months later, I encountered a problem with the adapter on one of the products. I reached out to customer support on a Sunday afternoon and was thrilled with the prompt response I received on Monday morning. The representative informed me that a new adapter would be sent to me at no cost, and it arrived via DPD just two days later on Wednesday. The issue was promptly resolved and I am grateful for the excellent customer support. Thank you very much!

I’ve used this company a few times now and I’ve never had any issues. Great communication. Products are well packaged and they have a great selection at competitive prices. I recently ordered a Black Friday deal and they forgot to add the goodie bag as promoted on their website but after a quick email it was soon rectified and I got it shortly after. Would recommend to any car cleaning geek!

Very friendly people. Always pay a visit to collect products. They have an abundance of stock. Very knowledgeable and happy to offer advice where needed.

Ordered 2 foam polishing balls to use on my alloy wheels,came earlier than expected and gave really good results used with Solvol Autosol, happy to recommend.

Great service and fast delivery. Only 3 days delivery to Denmark. Huge selection of all kinds of products.  There are many of these kind of shops, even in Denmark, but I do not shop elsewhere.
