not been for a while but cant believe the bad review below ,Probably from another  similar business. Been  few times and was always made welcome and found the staff very pleasant. I always find you get treated as you treat others.IE I your nice to them there nice to you.Even in shops now there having to put sign up telling customers to treat staff with respect....sign of the times...too many scummy people around Leeds theses days...

I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of my girlfriend. She spoke very highly of the place as she went a year ago. We went again this weekend and had a very bad experience. Immediately going in to the restrurant we soon discovered how awful the service was. We asked the manager a simple question only to get a aggressive reply back and we hadn't even paid the 7.50 to actually eat yet ! Thinking back on it now we should've left immediately and never thought about that god awful place again. However we ignored it and got shown to our seats which we then experience the waiting staff which were just as bad , if not worse, than the manager ! The waiter in question rolled her eyes when she saw us waiting to be seated then without even saying anything she walked to our table just expecting us to be able to read her mind ! She then sat us down and just glared at us and said "drink" and didn't ask us or show us the menu ! So we asked for 2 glasses on which she rolled her eyes again and gave us a look like a slapped arse. She promptly returned with our water slamming then on the table as if her intention has to cause an earthquake ! We then left to go and get some food from the buffet on which we soon discovered that half the plates and cutlery weren't even correctly cleaned and still has bits of the previous persons food on it. We choose our food  the only half decent part about the restaurant and returned to our seats. As we walked back we discovered that someone was sat at our table. We spoke to the person and they did not speak much English and just said that he had been seated there earlier 10 minutes before by the same waitress that had sat us ! At this point I was getting quite fed up and asked this waiteress to help sort out the situation she had caused to which she made a groaning noise looked at us and walked away as if there wasn't an issue . We resolved the issue with this man in the end and both apologised to each other for the situation and he moved seats. We ate as quickly as we could and then left . I was so incredibly disappointed by the rude waitress in particular and also by the behaviour of the manager. I believe this place needs to be inspected by health inspectors and also needs a new manager and to get rid off that awful waitress ! Do not go to this place unless it is the only place left open in the end of the world . It was bloody awful and my girlfriend and I shall not be returning and will be enjoying meals at Red Hot Buffet down the road.

It is the worst restaurant i have ever worked for. their kitchen is very dirty and they washed the folks and knives in dirty water and then wiped them for the customers to use. The manager do not pay fully, they pay 4.5 pounds per hour. and sometimes they just put 35 pounds in the envelope. when going back home, when you found this, it was too late. The manager lied and blamed you. it is a very bad restaurant with very very bad manager!

We found this all you can eat good value for the money the staff are ok not the best we have come across but it's mainly self serve apart from being seated and drinks so it's doesn't really matter.

They opened late, they charge kids 9+ as adults and hey have 0 on their hygiene rating. Very disappointed to be honest.

Worst place on earth.very arrogant manager and staffs standing behind you all through.awful experience and food is crap.avoid it as plaque. Needs to be shut down.

Nice food very clean but very cold people sat with coats on

Do not go really mean it!!! It is disusgustin/ filthy and bald supervisor very abusive in front of other customers
