Unreliable, Unprofessional and thoroughly Unpleasant. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They failed to deliver or follow up. Worst online experience EVER! Cant trust them, they were dishonest. Should be NO STARS HOW CONFIDENT ARE YOU THEY WILL NOT MAKE A HUMAN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER? UPDATE: Following the comments from OBI-Firstly they took the money when they did NOT HAVE the stock. Most reputable online companies wait until dispatch. I had to call them to request the £765 refund, as they had not called me. They LIED and said they thought they had 4 in stock but only had 2 and I had been cancelled as the last to buy along with another customer that day (so I wasn't alone!) -Not true as ordered online on the Sunday, and this was Monday. They later changed this story to say they had none in stock. I had confirmed the order by phone on the Monday directly with them and they confirmed the order would be dispatched THAT day, I specifically checked and they were chatting about what a nice tent it was and it would be sent that afternoon. They then called after closing and after I had ordered £300 of accessories for a product they now cannot or will not supply. They did nothing about it and just kept saying it was human error-there are lots of human errors but how would you feel if you were on the receiving end of their human errors? They were meant to check to see if they could get alternative stock and call back THEY DIDN'T. You don't get those issues with other suppliers, Go outdoors, Attwools, TNF, Amazon etc etc all make mistakes but make up for it-These people don't and still take your money. I would think very very carefully before dealing with a company that misleads customers and FAILS to make amends for their errors.
