My Daughter required kit for a trip to Mt Toubkel and we found Expedition kit hire to be professional and knowledgable. 
Initially spoke to Rob who provided valuable help over the phone, and Stuart sent out a proforma kit list initially based on our requirements very quickly. 
We had to remove a couple of items because my daughter was lent them by friends, and so Stuart kindly raised a 'revised' list.

The items arrived several days before she was due to leave, so we could check the sizes of clothing/boots that we supplied were correct. 

We had her measured at two local walking shops as a size 6 just before the trip, however the size 6 Mountain boots were just too snug when they arrived, and we had to request a size 7 replacement. 
Again, Rob provided help on ensuring that she was wearing the correct type of sock, and after a few checks we agreed they were just too tight.
The replacement boots arrived very quickly. (note, as per the t&c that there is a one way postage charge for items if they don't fit which is very fair as we had supplied the sizes)

Everything supplied was of a very high quality and waterproof.
It provided perfect protection in thigh deep snow and a 4000+ peak was conquered with the help of the gear provided. Also the sleeping bag and liner kept her nice & warm in an unheated dormitory at -20C. (-29C outside with windchill in the daytime)

A return postage label was supplied, which meant we could just drop the hire items at a local post office so very easy.

We have no hesitation in fully recommending you to others, and will  be using you again in the future when my daughter plans her next trip!

Recently hired a top quality sleeping bag and 80 litre ruck sack for my Nepal trek and have been very impressed with the service. As I was unable to make the open hours for the shop the owner was more than willing to hang on for me to arrive after work. I was unsure on what sleeping bag to use and his knowledge and advice was brilliant I will definitely be using them again for future trips and saved me a fortune over buying gear many thanks expedition kit hire.

Thank you Stuart for all your advice and for hiring out such excellent kit to me - the minus 40 sleeping bag kept me cosy and warm through freezing nights when the water pipes froze and down jacket was just what was needed high in the Himalayas. I am glad that I went for the extra warm clothing and sleeping bag. Service was excellent, and when I requested a size up for the down jacket the replacement arrived the next day.

Myself and my wife have just returned from a trip too Nepal we hired kit from this company.I would just like to say I would fully recommend EXPEDITIONKITHIRE to everyone the quality of kit and before and after customer service was 5* we will definitely be using them again many thanks from the Wades.
