This was an amazing find, located on the promenade in Oban, they have a chocolate shop with a lot of selection and a cafe which offers hot chocolate, coffees both iced and hot and many amazing cakes which are all chocolate based. They also have ice cream and milk shakes which lookes very good. I would recommend if in the area. The only negative is they do not have a bathroom and the closed local bathroom is a few minutes walk away and coats 50p
We stopped in at the chocolate shop more a mid morning treat where we had the hot chocolate brownie and chocolate fondue, both of which were exceptional. All of the staff were friendly and the individual chocolates were fantastic.
Amazing shop with lots of chocolate treats to choose from. The cafe is excellent and has a great variety of drinks and treats. We opted for the crème brûlée hot chocolate for drinks which was unique and fantastic. It was sweet but not too sweet. We also got a double chocolate cake, pistachio, cranberry and ginger chocolate tiffin and a chocolate coconut ‘bounty’ bar to share - very greedy I know but it was worth it! The tiffin was my favourite. It was a little pricey but that’s to be expected. Service was good. This will be a regular stop for us when we are passing through Oban.
Went here as part of my stay in Oban. There was a wide variety of food and drink available see images. Most of these items were chocolate items or themed in milk, white and dark chocolate All the food and drink that was on their menu was very good value for money Overall, the scenery was very nice and clean as well with lots of things on the wall to look at. The only slightly negative thing I have to say about this place is that the service speed is slightly slow when they are busy. Personally, I would seriously recommend this place for any 'choc-o-holics' in Oban and would go back here again.

Service was good, as always whenever I've been in. The stuff my wife and I got, we've enjoyed. Just a pity the sit in area is reduced in capacity as it once was, though I believe there is a professional reasoning for this. Both my wife and I would recommend here for a visit by anyone going to/ or living in Oban.
Love, love, love this wee gem of a place! The coffee is gorgeous the staff are attentive and friendly plus the chocolate is world class! Delicious treats at every corner and I can't wait to be back in a couple of weeks!
As a family we used to love finishing off a day in Oban with a visit to the Chocolate Cafe. Recently poped into to buy drinks, snacks and a 'thank you' for a friend. Toilet is now closed to patrons. With young children this is a deal breaker! Sadly did not stay and left to find venue with a toilet customers can use.
Beautiful little chocolate shop. We didn't stop for drinks, but can comment on how yummy the chocolates from the shop are! I bought a selection of one of each of their dairy free individual choccies as being lactose intolerant, I was so impressed they had such a range! Beautiful as gifts as some of the boxes and wrappings were very cute. Would love to stop for drinks next time we're in town.
