Bought two dozen, from a butchers in Newcastle under Lyme, just before Covid lockdown March 2020. Froze well and kept us going for best part of three months with care 'till oatcake outlets opened up again but it was a close run thing!.
Bought 2 packs of oatcakes from Bargain Booze in Audley. Froze one pack when defrosted turned to mush. Opened the other pack day after purchase couldn't get them out of the packaging they too had turned to mush. Tried to cook and eat but foul tasting.
They are the best oatcakes I've tried everyone else's and you just can't get better than these I just hope they never change
