I had a disappointing experience at Hair Oasis just a few weeks ago, before I went on holiday to Dubai. The receptionists first of all could not find my appointment on the computer. After no luck 10 mins later, they took me anyway (I did have an appointment). The woman began to wash my hair, getting water in my eyes and on my face whilst she was showing a younger girl how to wash hair. I have very very long jet black hair and asked for a trim off the length and my layers to be cut in again. The woman who was indeed very friendly, began cutting and chatting. As my hair was all behind my shoulders, I questioned why my hair was taking so long to cut when all I wanted was a few layers chopped back in. She then put all my hair to the front when I realised she had cut my hair to my shoulders. This was 110% not what I asked for. I also asked for it to be a V shape at the back - I can confirm my hair is cut with a straight line at the bottom. I have never had such short hair. Another hairdresser was also asking the woman doing my hair to finish off another client. After that I feel like my hair was very rushed and quite frankly I don't think a lot of effort was put into my hair whatsoever. It looks like it anyway. I hated my hair after this haircut and had to get it styled and layers chopped in again elsewhere after this. Will not be going back there and won't recommend to anyone I know.
