Just had a meal from here wanted to leave some feedback as was disappointed with my burger. I ordered the combo burger and expected to receive beef and chicken fillet, however it was a small cheap breaded patty. Won't have this burger again. I had food envy as my girlfriends burger looked amazing.
Previous time we ordered, we had a call from the driver asking where in Hixon we were, which is odd because our address is Rugeley. Not sure how you confuse a WS postcode with an ST one. Cold food, no apology. Given a 2nd chance, we had a delivery time of 35 minutes. After an hour, I called to find they'd run out of donner but hadn't bothered to tell us. Suggested it would be 15-20 minutes. Arrived 40 minutes later. Was told I'd be 'sorted' for a discount next time but not sure I can risk a next time The food is good but can't be let down like this.
I'm so impressed with Oasis. Myself and my youngest have medical problems. We can't always cook. Cause of this, we order from Oasis. The food is always hot, perfectly cooked and yummy. Tonight's order came with 2 bags of gravy bones for our 2 dogs. Oasis just get better and better. The delivery people are also a bonus to them. I could hug them all, but obvo that's weird and unsafe. Thanks to all at Oasis in Rugeley xxx

I’ve tried a curry a few times from Oasis and NEVER been happy, always regretted it! BUT tonight I tried again as my partner and kids were ordering. I had chicken tikka jalfrezi it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Nicest curry I’ve had in a while , not sure if they have a new chef?? As it was nothing like the others. Will defo be going here for a curry again
Fast delivery food its a good price .the battered mushrooms are beautiful .would have liked more salad and sauce in the kebab ,everything was very good .the oasis starter box is massive .will use again .
Excellent food speedy delivery
Absolutely awful service, ordered 3 things, the mint yoghurt on the kebab was stale and the burger was black as it was burnt that much, the chips I suppose they were okay. Rang them twice as they said 30 minutes, ended up waiting and hour and a half, then when arrived didn’t apologise! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
