Getting somebody to answer the phone takes ages, and getting an actual appointment takes even longer. I'm now with an independent dentist where the phone is answered within a ring or two by a person, not a machine, and you can get an appointment by the of the week. I'm wondering why I didn't make the move years ago.

The best Dental care and treatment I have received my whole Adult life. My Dentist Valeria and my hygienist Ariana are so compassionate, kind, and respectful. They always give me the best advice, they are honest and I can feel the effort they both make in helping myself, and my whole family have great oral health. I particularly stopped seeing a hygienist after a bad experience and was anxious going to see Ariana after Valeria kindly recommended her. Ariana, was honest, guided me and reassured me it was not over even though my gum was really bad. With her support, I now walk proudly knowing my oral health is on the right track. Excellent service. Thank you ladies. Oh and the receptionist are always so respectful and helpful, not forgetting the dental nurses. Thank you all.. From Anita.
I've just got back from an a hygienist appointment with Wannitta. She did an excellent job, the difference is impressive. No real pain either beyond the mild discomfort that is a given at the dentist. She also gave excellent advice relevant to the areas I needed to keep and eye and furthermore was professional and amiable throughout =D
A very well fitted dentist, clean with the latest equipment. The staff were polite and welcoming and the Dentist and dental nurses created a very relaxing and reassuring atmosphere. The dental work I received was the most gentle and effective I'd experienced and I am very pleased with the quality of work and the attention to detail. Highly recommended!
Wannitta is the best hygienist I’ve ever seen. She takes the time to explain things clearly and answers my questions. I genuinely feel really cared for each time I visit.

Wannitta is the most wonderful hygienist. Excellent and effective treatments, and also kind, sympathetic and wise. Highly recommend for outstanding standard of care.
Good practice which I have attended for 24 years, it has been in BUPA's management for the past 5 years. In BUPA's time the practice has become more "standardised". The reception staff are as obliging as they are permitted to be. The dental capability is as high as ever it has been.
Excellent service!! Amazing staff !! I had no help from 111 what so ever was left with agonising tooth pain for over 3 weeks , I found Bupa Dental cares number by chance on Google and they couldn't have been more accommodating! They rang me back within half hour, booked me an emergency appointment for the next morning, they removed my tooth no messing around!! The Dentist was kind , caring straight to the point !! The receptionist was so so helpfull, listened and really helped me I'm gratefull to all your team for such amazing experience in such painfull matter!!! Keep up the good work !
