I have used this dentist for a number of years,always satisfied,however was told my dentist was going private not NHS fundedwas assigned another dentist,had an appointment this morning for a check up,she sat me upright,pulled up my top lip and said everything looks good totally dissatisfied and charged £14.70

Visited today ,after reading the reviews I was somewhat apprehensive, but I was met by an extremely friendly and professional team... made me feel at ease and spent time explaining the examination process and treatment required. Thank you Jonathan . atreatment
The duty of care here is non existent. If I could give 1 star I would. Only been using the same dentist here out of convenience, despite being terrified of the man due to the problems he’s caused to my teeth over the years. Caused severe dental anxiety which when mentioned at the practice is ignored. I suppose it’s hard to take extra time for a nervous patient when you’re running 45 minutes late on a regular basis?! Turned up to the practice in agony, over a wisdom tooth and the head nurse was the most competent person I’ve ever dealt with there. Talked through the limited options and finally got an answer on my referral. Albeit 4 weeks after my X-ray which was physically handed to the practice. Been calling for weeks to chase a referral to be told something different each time. The pain I’m in is easily ignored by reception and dental staff. I’m brushed off as a nuisance despite turning up and calling in tears and being unable to go about my daily life and simply wanting to know where I stand. I’ve never been so terrified to call a practice or scared of how a medical professional is going to cause me harm.
These guys were amazing in sorting my toothache out, sadly I had to go private because there are no NHS dentist available, however the care I got was exemplary and very professional I’m thankful I now have a dentist
Came back from holiday a day early for my wife to attend an appointment. She needed a filling and was in pain. Unfortunately she had a bump in the car on the way there. Despite phoning to explain she may be late - and arriving 6 minutes late for her 1pm appointment - they cancelled and told her she would be re-allocated another one in 3 weeks time. Totally disgusted with their bombastic attitude.Got fixed up with another dentist - mine - who actually care about their customers. She won't be using them again.
The practice is efficient and friendly, well run and extremely clean
Disgraceful company to work for. Bullying and micro management is the order of the day. If you value your sanity, choose an alternative vocation.
Went for initial appointment and told I needed 8 fillings and had gum disease. Fast forward a few months due to covid and I have now been seen at a different practice and told that my teeth and gums are healthy bar an issue with a wisdom tooth that wasn't picked up on by the previous dentist. Having had very good feedback from dentists all my life I know who I believe.
