Having attended Bupa Enniskillen for years with the best Dentist care today was a different experience. My old dentist has left the practice and the experience I had with Marwa Ramadan I believe her name was, has left me in a position whereby I either have to wait "Years" to be moved to another dentist leaving me with little options other than to look for a new Dental Practice. I complained to a lovely young receptionist about my experience with Marwa today and explained that the Dentist was unfriendly, abrupt and was disinterested in answering my questions about my next procedure. The practice manager was in the office and advised the young receptionist to inform me it could take more than a year to be moved due to dentists having quotas. No apology for how I was treated and when I asked would the dentist be given feedback I was told to make a complaint. Excuse the pun but this has left a really bad taste in my mouth and I will be considering a new dental practice. On a positive note the young receptionist was very nice and understanding and has put me on a long waiting list to be assigned a new dentist.
Received a call from Laura this Morning advising me they had a cancellation for the hygienist. I have to say the girls on Reception do amazing job and are always so pleasant to deal with. I attended the practice this Morning and seen Karen Hygienist I have to say the cleaning was one the most thorough cleanings I have ever had, thanks Karen so happy with clean.
I seen the dentist sophie, she was brilliant set me out treatment plan which was all very straight forward. When I called about my appointment the receptionist was very efficient and I got an appointment within a couple of weeks. Reception are constantly sanitising seats and touch points so I felt very at ease.
Very good dentist, I would highly recommend Joe as a dentist, does a great job. Staff are all really friendly too. Highly recommend.
I hate going to the dentists but marawa Ramadan is a gem. She had my tooth out in no time and lovely girl.
I had an appointment with Bupa Dental Care, Enniskillen this morning. I was very impressed with the prompt call to see my dentist which was a very relaxed experience especially as I am one of the many that dread going to the dentist. I met with Ruth at reception and she was very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely dental practice to visit. Thank you Bupa Enniskillen and congratulations on your 10 years of existence in Enniskillen. Hopefully you will be here for many decades to come.
My regular dentist is Joe Murphy, just one word, superb. The whole team there are also so professional and helpful. For example: I had a tooth/filling disintegrate over Christmas. I called in on their first day back after the holidays and got an appointment the following day. I then developed what I thought was an abscess . Visited again, got a dentist, unfortunately didn't get his name, to see me within a few minutes. He diagnosed an infection in my saliva glands. I was really pressed for time that day. He organised an antibiotic, explained what to do if things didn't improve over the w/e and that was followed by a phone call that evening to check on me and give me a mobile number to ring if I was in trouble. Sorry to go on, but can't stress enough how supportive and professional they are. Simply brilliant
My whole family have been registered with this practice for years. The Dentists are great. Very professional and friendly. Practice is clean. The only bad thing I have to say is the waiting times in this practice can be ridiculous. I had an appointment booked today for 5pm. I didn't get to see a dentist until 5.40.. and it wasnt even my own dentist. I was told my dentist was running late but didn't know how late. I was taken by a different dentist at 5.40pm. After a long day at work the last thing I want to do is sit and wait 40 mins to have a check up. Disappointed.
Great dentist. Only for this company we would have no nhs dentist in Enniskillen. Fair play to them.
Edel McCann at reception was welcoming polite and helpful. I had just gone for a checkup but as I am usually uncomfortable with Dentists I was very glad that the dentist Sophie Jones had a pleasant and patient nature so I was comfortable and happy with the service and feel content to return in six months. One of my daughters goes to the dentist Joe Maguire she is also very happy with her treatment. He is also very good at his role. Overall Bupa Enniskillen is well situated with helpful, friendly and competent staff and great professional service provided.
