Poor service, after waiting for nearly an hour in the phone to get through, was told i could only get an appointment for a fee weeks ahead, but then she said there was none available & to ring back in the morning. I don't mind waiting for an appointment, but shouldn't have to ring numerous times to get one.

Excellent service and courteous staff, always. Sometimes you are in line on the phone for a bit because of volume, but can’t blame staff for that. It’s a busy place, especially during COVID. Having worked in health care for 30+ years, I know what good service is, and they are great.

Nothing discreet about attending this practice having to shout your queries through an intercom.

Very disappointed in the treatment room in how they speak to patients regarding a 9 month old baby. Manner’s go a long way.

Terrible. Place since lockdown, can you get a new phone.system I knew of people.phoning for days and can't get through and your website doesn't work

Doctors dont care at all and lacking knowledge!!! Very  disappointed. Everyone can check google and sort themselves

It's the best place to go when you're feeling sick they sort you out fix you up and send you on your way happy days

Fantastic. Can't do enough for you under pressure with very few Doctors in the practice, fair play to you guys .
