Fantastic day out! Great rides which are set in beautiful grounds. Would thoroughly recommend this park - I cannot see why so many have left poor reviews! My children aged 11 & 9 came away very happy as did we. We found all the staff at the park very happy and extremely helpful. Thank you for a brilliant day out.

Thank you for a brilliant experience yesterday. We had a brilliant time at Oakwood Theme Park with our 4 and 6 year old. We loved the friendly staff and the unusual rides that we could go on several times over. We thought it was really good value for money and Oakwood is by far our favourite theme park :-) Cant wait to go again.

Very nice day out, luckily it was a warm, dry day so we were able to experience the whole site. Not much choice for food and quite expensive but still tasty and filling. It was pretty quiet there (We went mid week) so queuing times were very short and a lot had no queues!

Visited at the start of the season, and it was clear the place was still gearing up which has perhaps not shown it in its greatest light. I've always loved it here, but am worried it may be falling on hard times, with some rides shut, paint jobs in need and not being as full as I've remembered in the past. Bounce, a perennial favourite of mine since it opened, has clearly been shut for some time and the wild west section has been replaced by a promising, but so far unfulfilled haunted halloween section. Megaphobia is as awesome as ever and worth the visit alone I thought. Speed is enjoyable if somewhat of a headache inducer. And the small rides a la the pirate ship are well maintained and enjoyable. You get the feeling thought that at the height of summer this place put on a much better showing than it did today. I would thoroughly suggest this place for any families visiting the area, and at its height it is worth a medium length travel journey to enjoy. Don't expect Alston Towers or Thorpe Park levels however. Enjoy!

Brilliant day out for all ages. Rides to suit everyone. Drenched lives up to is name.. remember not to scream on the way down or you will have a mouth full of water lol. Sign post to the rides could be improved and more choices for food. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Will definetly be returning soon
