Cute little site that does what it says on the tin. At £10 a night and only £2.50 for EHU if you want it, it's a bargain site close to Newbury. Check in was friendly and helpful. Shower and toilet block is fine. Very clean. Washing up area too. I'll be back here definitely. We need more sites like this that offer a great service for a reasonable price. Most are rip offs price wise these days.

I stayed here on my way to, and back from, Reading Festival. Cost £10 a night. Easy to get to and very quiet, which I liked, and looked well maintained. About 5 minutes drive away to local Sainsburys, which also has petrol station. One thing that I found amusing was that I was asked on several occasions if anyone would be sleeping in my tent with me (I'd be so lucky), and that is because if anyone is in your tent for more than 2 hours they get charged. Also, there is a barrier that doesn't raise after 11pm, which means you have to park your car at reception and walk to your tent if like me you arrive back late. understand the rationale of why though. Felt like I was being a naughty child getting home late. Would go there again though, if they'll have me.

This was my first camping trip in a while and after reading mixed reviews I would highly recommend this campsite. From first enquiry to leaving it was a great experience.

Great location near our family. Quiet clean and friendly staff. Have used the site for 7 years and will always return. Thanks for all your efforts. :-)

Lovely site, only stayed for the night while we were on the way to the Isle of Wight. Really friendly welcome, easy booking, very nice pitch and good facilities. Couldn't ask for more.
