Cheapest I could find for the flooring I wanted which usually means problems. Buy cheap, buy twice is the old adage but that couldn't be further from the truth with Oakleigh Flooring. Communication was excellent and Ben called me to discuss a potential issue with the order which was quickly sorted and the flooring arrived when he said it would. Delivery driver was helpful. Highly recommended
Deserves more than five stars. Perfect online shopping - user friendly website and the bonus of exceptional personal service when needed. Ben kept me informed at every stage and delivery in my case was super fast and efficient. This company will be my go-to for any future similar purchases.
Bens customer service is exceptional, we checked the flooring we wanted was in stock the evening before placing our order as suggested online, and he responded straight away, confirming the stock availability the next morning. He kept us informed by text message as soon as the order was placed of the delivery procedure and anything that may affect or delay this, and again on the delivery day enquired to make sure that we had received our delivery. The price was the best online and we are very satisfied, we would definitely order again. We cant comment on the quality of our flooring as we haven’t yet installed it.
Ordered Polyflor herringbone click lvt through Ben at Oakleigh. Great experience all of the way through. Price competitive, delivery very good. Ben sorted a speedy replacement of some damaged/factory faulted planks. Would definitely use them again, a very good experience.
I have just received my flooring from Oakleigh flooring. I didn’t really know what I needed, I had an idea but from my first contact with Oakleigh I was looked after and given the most information and best advice for what I needed. From start to finish Ben helped me directly from going through the different checks I needed from my floor layer to the ordering. Ben helped me work out what amounts of product I would need, the most suitable flooring for my business and the extras that I would have never thought of, but very desperately needed to give the best finish. The products are fantastic value for the quality, I couldn’t recommend Oakleigh flooring enough the whole experience has been completely stress free and I felt confident every step of the way to receiving my order first thing within a day it was a big order! Was very impressed from start to finish with Oakleigh Flooring Limited. Ben was great and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The LVT that I purchased was cheaper than other suppliers too so that was the main reason I used them, and so the great customer service was an added bonus!
Amazing customer service from Ben. Wanted to order some underlay and carpet edging strips. Initial call went unanswered but then got a text within minutes from Ben saying he was in a meeting. Various texts later and I had confirmed all was in stock and I ordered on website. Order then delivered exactly as promised. Couldn't ask for better.
First time customer and really impressed with the fantastic customer service and speedy delivery. One of only a few companies that actually encourage you to get in touch and discuss needs/requirements and are very transparent throughout the ordering process. Will use again!
Searched online and found Oakleigh carpets were best value. Great communication throughout often “after hours” and delivery was on time and efficient with great communication again . No hesitation in recommending and I will be back to repeat the process in the future for the rest of our property .
