I revisited this shop recently after a long time, the staff have changed, now much younger than previously. I found them enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. Tanks well stocked with basic tropicals and some unusual ones, not so many marines on my visit. I would recommend this shop for a visit if you've not been before.

Bad service, rude, not helpful and lie. I took a fx6 back there as I had issues with it and the guy behind the counter took the filter apart with a flat head. The issue is the screws was a phillips which he forced open. Then he said we did the damage they lied and covered it up. I will never shop there again or recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place they are a con company

Not the most reliable aquatics shop. Advice is very suspect as well.

I don't often write reviews but this particular Maidenhead aquatics are very helpful and give great service. I often buy my general fish supplies here but recently when my puffer fish stopped eating they were kind enough to offer to collect some pest snails from the tanks for me to try as feeder food, which is going above and beyond service wise as they are very busy. I wouldn't use another aquatics store.

i couldn't name a better store so helpful and dont try to over sell brilliant service i have bought all my fish corals and rock from hear as well as all my water and have done so well and are all healthy 5 stars from me keep it up guys :)
