I've rented with Oaklee lettings for the past few years and I've had no problems. They are always happy to help you and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.

DO NOT MOVE INTO AINSWORTH ROAD RADCLIFFE After informing them that their property had rats that had come into my house they refused to do anything about it, I've looked at their website they are trying to rent it out already and I can still hear the rats and theyre still running into my walls and attic from theirs. The following paragraph is how they dealt with the problem. Horrible people. After being shouted at for informing them I was going to seek legal advice we emailed the email reply started with 'wasn't us what was rude'. I personally wouldn't risk my own health or sanity being with these cowboys.

I have always had good customer service from this company and when a problem arises with my property, (which is a very rare occasion) the problem is dealt with promptly. I had a problem with my bathroom where the previous occupant of the tenancy had fixed a problem incorrectly, within a few hours after notifying Oakley the problem was rectified safely. 5 out of 5!

If I could give a no star rating I would. They promised my daughter the house would be brought up to a good standard when she moved in but it was disgusting, full of damp, slugs, rotten windows, a door that fell on my 2 year old grandson, a bathroom that leaked 3 times and they left her with moldy damp walls and a gas cooker that was condemned. They even tried to retain her deposit but the adjudicator quite rightly denied their claim due to our photographic evidence.
