We moved house two weeks ago after selling through and buying from Kristian Allan. Kristian sold our house quickly after only a few weeks and he and his team kept us sane through a difficult solicitor process. They are attentive and helpful on every level so many thanks to Kristian, Lisa, Nina and Sophie - I would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to sell their house - It won't be me though as I will not be moving ever again!!

Rented houses for over 12 years. Been with Kristian for nearly four years and moved house in that time to another Kristian Allan house.  Best agents you could wish for. Always been looked after. Can't say there's ever been a problem even with repairs. Damage due to weather etc. I would never wish to look for renting elsewhere! Kristian himself is great and so are Lisa all his staff.

Customer service is  impeccable from all the staff and Kristian himself, very courteous at all times, I cannot fault any of the first class service of this company unlike a few estate agents I have dealt with in the past.  I never once had to chase any callbacks from prospective viewers.  Well done all.
I 100% recommend Kristian Allen to sell your property.
