Bought a Skoda Fabia 2016, less than 3 months ago for £6500. Delivered car to my door. A week later when I went to start it, battery was flat. I called Paddy and he diverted me to the RAC warranty, but that only covers road-side breakdown, whereas the battery was flat outside my house, plus RAC don't cover batteries. Had to pay for a new battery myself, over £200. 2nd time I went out in the car, the tyre went flat. No spare tyre or a get-you-home spare wheel. Called again but was told that this is normal, and that 90% of cars don't have spare tyres- unsure where they got this statistic but okay. Having to pay for it myself.  Overall, really bad.

Terrible experience from start to finish, totally unprofessional, doesn’t reply to any messages, so unhappy with this service.  Would not recommend to anyone. Bought a car dec 2021, car was never registered in my name.  Absolute disgrace of a business
