Great service and great products provided. Just after receiving our mobile all the way to Ireland. A gorgeous chalet for a reasonable price. We couldn't be any happier with our new home and cannot wait to finally move into it. There was no quick response to our messages, but the mobile was built in no time and looks absolutely amazing. Everyone loved it. Would definetely recommend.
Staff said they would have Alhambra Just in a few days ready to look when I arrived. I drove 40 miles to see it. When I arrived the car was not ready and needed to be jump started.now says has not been started since Christmas Car was in awful shape none of the electronics were working , radio, heating, keyfob to name a few. Rain was leaking through a damaged door. Loads of pocket covers, seat levers and switches damaged or missing. Out of curiosity asked how much he would give me as a trade in, £800 less than webuyanycar. Cowboys!!!
Bought a fabulous caravan but 3 months after purchase I'm still waiting for the missing parts that were promised at the time of purchase. Despite numerous 'phone calls and texts it's impossible to get good after sales service...caveat emptor ! UPDATE.....parts received, worth waiting for as they are brand new

I have purchased a few cars of Adrian now and even my newest jeep was purchased on his day off! He has always dealt with any query or issue quickly and efficiently for me so I will continue to always go back to Braeside Motors!
We were given two keys when we bought the car, one key had no battery in it and on top of that was missing the peice that keeps it in place. Useless. The other keys battery ran out after less than two weeks of use. The car battery had to be replaced after three weeks! This was covered under warrenty though. Bought June 2020. Edit: three months on and the car has broken down completely! Been in the garage for two weeks now. Way too much wrong with the car for charging 4grand for it.
WARNING WARNING WARNING do not buy off these cowboys I wish I read the reviews first,im left employing a solicitor to get my paperwork for my caravan,one year has gone past since purchasing my caravan,and I have made numerous calls,emails txts and the matter is still not sorted,Adrian will promise and promise,and nothing will come of it,do not be fooled,read on,and read all the Google reviews,I sure as god wish I read them before purchasing,Adrian I won’t be calling you again
I queried about a vehicle which became unavailable. Adrian responded with this but stated other vehicles were available. I more or less stated that I wasn't interested especially after reading the Google reviews. Let me keep this short! The Google reviews were proven by his attitude and response late on a Friday night. I could go more into detail but as I'm sure certain people have had a good experience his attitude is nothing that should reflect a business. Well someone trying to run a business that has no essence of customer service or decorum. Seems if you have any sort of opinion or issue, it's dealt with bad taste. Thankfully I didn't buy anything from here as if I did and there were issues, this is the type of attitude I would be faced with. From the little experience I've had with him, stay clear!
Bought a 2011 Vauxhall Meriva from Mark about 3 weeks ago. Initially, I discovered that there were some minor issues. Mark promised me, he would deal with them, when he got a chance. I realised that he was busy, and wasn't too much put out. Anyway, got everything sorted to my satisfaction, which included a new issue involving a tyre, which needed to be replaced. Very impressed that he dealt with this immediately. All in all, I've been very satisfied with his aftersales service.
Anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this Company Braeside - I’d STRONGLY advise running a mile in the opposite direction. I have never met such ignorant rude vile human beings in my life. Anyone who would like clarity on this feel free to contact me ! I’ll happily show you all the texts from them confirming the after service I received from them.
