Terrible customer service! There was about 10staff standing around chatting.. the shop was empty and I found them very unhelpful and had a cocky attitude! Also on another occasion tried calling the store on 3different days for no one to answer to fix a mistake they had made.. I then had to make a trip over there to then see the shop empty again and loads of staff standing around chatting there was no reason for them not to answer the phone!! Again wasn’t very welcomed when entering the store, I work in retail and I can safely say I wouldn’t have a job if I behaved the way they do very disappointing for o2! Been with o2 for 10years and I’m disgusted by there service recently on solving a problem they created! Once my contracts over I will be changing network o2 aren’t like they used to be :(

I was inside the shop at 5pm and closing time was at 6pm. A very rude host tells me after 25 minutes of waiting oh sorry we can’t see you today come back tomorrow! Told her am back at work tomorrow and needed to get the phone as a gift for the wife’s birthday but no. You can come back Saturday. Just because she didn’t want to get out late after 6pm. I was then told by another member of staff that she is the manager and whatever she says despite the fact the advisor was happy to deal with me but she was not having it! So 1* for you Rude Kate

I would give 0 stars if there was an option, they are incredibly unfriendly to customers and wouldn't know what customer service is. I went into the store to buy a £500 phone today, paying cash. I didn't want a sim card as I already have one, however, they would only sell me the phone if I bought the sim card. Go figure, they would rather lose a £500 sale for a £10 sim. The thing is, I can buy the phone online without paying any money for the sim. It seemed to me that they just don't care about making a sale. Personally, I think anyone who has a phone contract with this company is an idiot.

Absolutely awful customer service... Been put back in queue for their incapability to help, no one gives a damn about the customer ignoring you and no interest in helping at all really disappointed hope won't be needed to come back

Awful customer service. Asked for advice, with the purpose of getting a Samsung Galaxy 8 and the staff were not only disinterested they had a conversation between them, texted, surfed the web and ended up telling me to look up the answer on line, and they had mobile phones in their hands!!! Do you think O2 cares, after all these negative reviews?
