Terrible shop, I asked for what I wanted and was told an iPhone was all there was that fit and it was being written up and opened before I'd even seen the phone or talked alternatives. Other O2 shops have prided themselves on spending time ferreting out the best deals available and I normally come out satisfied, not this time. Off to Scarborough shop next time, far better

Went to O2 in Brid to get advise on how to synchronize  my email account on my phone.. All the guy wanted to do was selling me a tab. When I told him that I have one he did not want to help me with my problem. Anyway whenever I pass that shop it is empty and staff are chatting to each other.
Worse O2 branch in the country

Wouldn't go with 02 again if they payed me they do fraud on you ant rip you off stay well clear
